Return Policy
At Infinity, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return policy from the date of delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Partial sets or bundles are not eligible for return—only complete, unopened sets will be accepted.
- Gifts with purchase are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Items purchased from another retailer are not eligible for a refund.
- Restocking Fee: If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, a restocking fee of 10-20%may be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned or undeliverable orders.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items that have been damaged or lost due to personal usage, including but not limited to being dropped, stolen, spilled, or mishandled.
- Return shipments are inspected—products that are nearly emptied, tampered with, or filled with other substances will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at 888.infinityskincare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable service.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If your return is rejected due to usage, damage, or tampering, we will notify you via email.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
